Requirements for all type of Shengen visa applications:

Visa application is accepted only on the following conditions

Tourist VISA: ( type – C ) For French embassy

Kuwaity Passport.

- A visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant

- One passport size photo ( 4x6 ) – straight look . white back ground
- A valid passport not less than 6 months plus photocopy of the passport
- Copy of civil I.D
- Travel insurance policy ( to cover the entire validity required )
in case of medical trip : need Ministerial Decision + appointment from France

Non Kuwaity Passports:
- A visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant

- 2 passport size photo ( 4x6 ) – straight look . white back ground

- A valid passport not less than 6 months plus photocopy of the passport

- Valid residence, for not less than 6 months

- Copy of civil I.D

- Travel insurance policy ( to cover the entire validity required )
- Copy of the work permit

- Salary certificate letter in English
- Bank statements for the last 6 months original  or stamped

-copy of Air-ticket
- A confirmed hotel booking with full address,or declaration de prise en charge ( letter d'hebergement ).

PS:    For business trip, kindly submit copy of invitation concerning the host company  with full address.

In case of children under 18
to add the authorization letter from father copy of father's passport (residence +civil id ) birth certificate    

Requirements Italian Embassy

Kuwaity Passport.

- A visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant

- One passport size photo ( 4x6 ) – straight look . white back ground
- A valid passport not less than 6 months plus photocopy of the passport
- copy of original ticket to Italy

-  copy of hotel reservation ( same duration as  ticket )
- Travel insurance policy ( to cover minimum one month   )

PS:    For business trip, kindly submit copy of invitation concerning the host company  with full address + CCIAA form .

in case of medical trip : need to go to the embassy directly .

For Non Kuwaiti passport ( for tourist trip )
- original passport +copy of passport
- 1 photo size 6x4 cm white background(straight look)
-copy of civil ID + copy of residency 

- salary certificate in English

-copy of authorization signature

- bank statement last 6 months original or stamp from the bank

-original ticket for Italy

-hotel booking
- travel insurance minimum one month

For Non Kuwaiti passport ( for business  trip )
- original passport +copy of passport
- 1 photo size 6x4 cm white background(straight look) 
-copy of civil ID + copy of residency 
– letter from company including (position + date of appointment + salary + date of travel + reason  of travel + pay all accommodations of the trip   )   in English addressed to the embassy .

-copy of authorization signature

 – invitation  letter from Italy + CCIAA .

-original ticket for Italy

-hotel booking
- travel insurance minimum one month

In case of children under 18
to add the authorization letter from father copy of father's passport (residence +civil id ) birth certificate   for wife marriage certificate 

Requirements for the Fédéral republic of  Germany   Embassy

 Kuwaiti passport only

-2 photos  size 6x4 cm white background(straight look)

- A confirmed hotel booking with full address and conformation number minimum 8 days.  

- original passport ( sing on first page ) .

- travel insurance .
